Program Requirements

The BA in Leadership and Organizational Studies requires:

• Successful completion of 120 credit hours with no grade lower than a “C”
• Minimum of 36 credits from Bay Path College
• Up to 84 transfer credits, or earned through prior learning experience
• Completion of an e-portfolio (as part of course LOS 440: Leaders in Practice)

The Online Degree Completion Program for Women consists of seven sessions.

In addition to the Leadership and Organizational Studies major, all students will have the opportunity to complete one of the following concentration areas:

• Human Resources
• NonProfit Management and Philanthropy
• Healthcare Management

To be eligible for admission to the program, you will need:

• An associate degree OR a minimum of 60 transferable credits (learn how you can receive credit for professional experience)
• Reliable access to internet
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer
