Have you been avoiding completing your degree online because you need the support and motivation that comes with classroom interaction? Do you think that you can’t get both flexibility and individual attention?

At Bay Path College, empowerment is our focus, and our Online Degree Completion Program is no different. Each faculty member for the Online Degree Completion Program is more than a traditional “teacher.” They are trained Educator Coaches, working with small groups of students to develop personalized action plans that include each student’s academic, personal and career goals.

Educator Coaches are:

• Accessible – they are available for one-on-one interaction online or over the phone
• Experienced – each Educator Coach is trained to provide quality instruction and career coaching in an online environment
• Participative – Coaches get to know the strengths, weaknesses and goals of each student
