The degree you would earn at the completion of the program is a bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies (LOS). It provides students the opportunity to develop leadership skills that are not often taught to women in a traditional classroom or in the workplace. These are the skills and knowledge that you need to be prepared to succeed in the new economy.

A LOS degree combines a strong foundation in management with the study of how organizations operate and how leadership functions. It emphasizes the critical need to understand and work with people, learn practical application of leadership theories and concepts, and gain greater understanding of our increasing interdependence.
